Alberta Health worker shortage.

Alberta, a Canadian province, is short on health workers. There’s a need for more than 19,000 health care workers. The province is looking for foreign workers. Under the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program, the government of Alberta created a Dedicated Healthcare Pathway (DHP). The idea is to make it easier for healthcare workers to come here to help fill a labour shortage. The DHP offers streamlined application processes and faster immigration pathways for qualified healthcare professionals. It also provides support services such as credential recognition and language training to help foreign workers integrate more easily. Additionally, foreign workers can benefit from job security and the opportunity to build a new life in Alberta. Applicants to the DHP must have valid credentials in their healthcare field, such as nursing, medicine, or allied health professions. They also need to demonstrate proficiency in English or French, as well as possess relevant work experience in their respective fields. Furthermore, candidates are required to meet the licensing requirements set by the respective regulatory bodies in Alberta.
